Functional/Technical application Manager
Livera is looking for a Functional/Technical application manager who is the liaison between the business and its business partners. It’s a new position in the company. We are looking for someone who can oversee the total IT landscape and who can act on changes. The candidate is familiar with the retail business and preferably with franchisees. The Functional/Technical application manager works closely with the Group IT department in Paris.

The company
Livera BV is a bodyfashion retail chain and sells lingerie, nightwear and swimwear with over 100 stores in the Netherlands and a successful webshop. The stores are mainly owned by franchisees. In 2014 Livera became 100% subsidiary of Groupe Chantelle in Cachan (Paris).

The company changed to SAP Retail in November 2015. In 2017 the POS systems in the stores are migrated to the French system Cylande, which consists of Winstore (till) and United Retail (back office). The reporting tools are QlikView and Cognos.
Other major projects in the near future are the migration of the webshop platform to the group platform Magento, which is operated by a sister company in Berlin and the merge of stock of the northern European webshops in the Netherlands. 

Position in the company
The Functional/Technical application manager is reporting to the Manager Finance, ICT & HR. He is also the liaison between the different business partners of which the central Group IT department is one the most important.
The Functional/Technical application manager has a lot of partners to deal with.

Activities and responsibilities

  • Livera HQ focus
    • HQ activities and Stores
      • SAP: super-user and managing key-user
        • master data (supplier, items, prices …), central sourcing and purchasing, stock and stores replenishment, finance and controlling
      • Logistic partner BtB (Xepos): warehouse management (central stock, stores replenishment)
      • UR: promotion management
      • Cognos: BI
      • CRM: Customer DB, Customer data analytics / segmentation, campaign management
    • e-commerce
      • Logistic partner BtC: warehouse management (receipts, stock allocation and order fulfillment)
  • Stores focus
    • UR/Winstore (Franchisees & Own stores): retail Back and Front Office
    • EDI communication
  • Chantelle IT department
    • good knowledge of the processes (back and front) and is able to act as the “Guardian of the Temple”
    • in charge of analyzing the tickets in order to detect:
      • System instability and/or systems misuse, unfollowed procedures
      • Training requirement
    • need a global coordination as all systems are linked and troubleshooting may require actions at different levels and softwares and their suppliers
    • responsible for activating the escalation process, if required
    • assistance during the scoping and design phases
    • assistance during UAT, trainings, migration 

Requirements 

  • 5 to 10 years' professional experience
  • Retail experience in IT (POS and ERP) and business processes
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Preferably experience in SAP retail
  • Experience with IT support to internal client and run of operations
  • Ability to explain technical concepts into plain simple words
  • Customer service oriented mind set
  • Willing to travel to France
