What we like to see in you.
Minimum WO (bachelor’s) or HBO degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent technical certifications;
5-7+ years experience required with leading successful IT projects management in different environments and applications;
Deep understanding of business processes and their integration in the IT service portfolio;
Active listening in order to translate business pain points into excellence: at ease both with entrepreneurs, production environment, and commercial organization;
ITIL, PMI, Prince II understanding (a certification at any level will be considered a plus);
Hands-on common enterprise architecture’s scenario and technologies knowledge;
Self-starter, team player, and excellent communicator on both tactical as strategical level.

What are you going to do?
The Projectmanager ERP Benelux and Nordics is located in Wijchen (NL) and reports to the region COO (Chief Operating Officer). The regions Benelux and Nordics consist of three organizations: in Wijchen, Houten, and Borup (Denmark) and is part of Berlin Packaging EMEA. Together with the IT Team of the EMEA Head office in Milan, the Projectmanager ERP Benelux and Nordics is responsible for supporting the Business Functions to identify and develop Business requirements, deal with local IT system integrators and suppliers, and support the rollout of the global IT Road map. Currently, the IT Landscape is based on EXACT suite as ERP and the organization is going to introduce EMEA applications such as Salesforce, Logility, Generix WMS/TMS. The Projectmanager ERP will have a key role as the single point of contact for all these projects between Benelux and Nordics region and EMEA IT Organization. Other responsibilities and tasks include:
Roll out and support in Benelux and Nordics the EMEA IT roadmap, which consists of new EMEA/ global Business applications software solutions (for Finance, Procurement, Supply chain, CRM, etc.) including several add-ons;
Manage, with support of EMEA HQ, the implementation of the ERP software solutions from the global IT roadmap in all entities of the region;
Support the definition and management of the local IT roadmap consisting of regional ERP solutions including several add-ons (Exact, Synergy, Power BI, Elvy, etc.);
Design new solutions according to the business requirements definition;
Scope and plan for new IT projects together with EMEA IT HQ. Execute the mutually agreed plans supporting and/ or supported by EMEA IT HQ. Reporting deadlines and project status periodically to EMEA IT HQ and identifying risks, issues and potential solutions on time;
Liaise between HQ in Milan and Berlin Packaging Benelux and Nordics Organization to evaluate, include, and prioritize properly all requests for new service occurring to the IT Service Portfolio;
Manage, coordinate and keep alignment of the IT and technology for Berlin packaging in Benelux and Nordics in accordance with the IT strategy of Berlin Packaging (BP) EMEA and BP global;
Further develop, with support of EMEA HQ in Milan, the regional IT organization, based on guidelines, policies, and procedures for all entities in the region;
Assess the needs of the organization and develop in house and outsourced services;
Support the definition and management of local IT budget and spending in accordance with EMEA HQ Budget.
